The Because Group

The Because Group created the first DVDplus compilation releases, and have an exclusive licensing and representation agreement with DVDplus International for the manufacture of DVDplus discs in Japan, China, India, and the Asia Pacific region. For more information, visit the Because Group website.

DVDplus International

DVDplus International Inc is the global license holder of DVDplus.. The company’s discs combine DVD on the one side and CD on the other, and are backward compatible to all COMPUTERS, CD and DVD players.

DVDplus ENABLES ARTISTS TO EXPRESS THE FULL RANGE OF THEIR TALENTS and PROVIDES CONSUMERS WITH maximum ENTERTAINMENT value.

Whether it be video and CD audio, DVD audio and CD audio, or video with CD ROM and PC games, DVDplus discs can be played on EXISTING PLAYERS GAMING consoles. The playability rate is the same as any regular DVD or CD. DVDplus is Blue Ray and High Def compatible.

DVDplus has many advantages over other OPTICAL discs. In addition to full length (78”) capacity on the CD side, the unique mastering techniques of DVDplus can provide up to two hours of video on the DVD side. IS THIS TRUE? IT HASN’T BEEN SAID BEFORE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. EACH SIDE IS COLOR-CODED TO ENSURE EASE OF USE.

The first DVDplus compilation in the world was released in Australia in October 2002, AND SINCE THAT TIME MORE THAN 70 MILLION DISCS, ENCOMPASSING DIFFERENT MEDIA PLATFORMS AND GENRES OF MUSIC, HAVE BEEN SOLD OUTSIDE THE U.S.
